One idea we truly love is for the Bride to wear a Red Wedding Dress, and have her lovely ladies in a cream, or soft colour to contrast. Plus, the flowers are beyond beautiful, and they allow Bridesmaids dresses to pick up on those cream and blush tones, transfixing your guests with such a creative and unique colour palette. Having the Groom and Groomsmen in Navy also is a great way to compliment this colour scheme.

Just Any Shoe Won’t Do!

Some Brides may not be quite ready to take the leap into a red-dress, and hey, that is completely okay! There are so many other festive ways of coordinating your colour scheme. We fell in love with this pair of Manolo Blahnik’s and had to share! What a way to make a statement! Retailing for over $1400 CDN, these burgundy beauties are sure to wow any crowd! And for those Brides looking to make a similar statement, on a much smaller budget, we found these adorable shoes by Steve Madden at Nordstrom’s for under $150!

A Luxurious Table

Going with the same colour scheme, it is easy to wow your guests with the elegance of a wonderfully set table. Navy and burgundy tones can be softened by creams and pulled together with the greenery. Touches of gold really add a little something extra, and can be added in the tiniest details, such as candle holders or napkin rings.

Any chance we get, we love to work with Gold Foil. We stumbled across this great invitation idea, and love the colour scheme, and the overall look. Not only do invitations look extra fancy with a little shine, but it is more than just a piece of paper - it’s a conversation piece. Going right along with the theme, these invitations are a Valentine Bride’s find!
