Little Bird Soirée is for the couples who have their “Big Stuff” booked - generally their venue and catering choice. This is when we step in to help with the scheduling, the budget, and provide insight into recommended vendors - we are even happy to attend vendor meetings. This service includes extensive consulting and coordinating - 10-12 hours on your wedding day itself, ensuring vendors are coordinated and assuring set-up runs flawlessly. A timeline will be provided to the entire wedding party and family members on the night of rehearsal to keep everyone on track, and the day running smoothly. Little Bird Wedding & Event Co. is there to create a flawless experience, and to ensure your vision comes to life before your eyes.
Little Bird Celebration
THE MONTH-OF PACKAGE
Little Bird Celebration is for the couples who have all of their details arranged, and are looking for someone with expertise to orchestrate their Big Day. This service comes into play one month before your wedding, when we sit down to review contracts, confirm the budget, and make sure you are well organized for your Big Day. This service ensures vendors are coordinated and assuring set-up is handled smoothly. A timeline will be provided to the entire wedding party and all family members on the night of rehearsal to ensure the day runs flawlessly.
